Hi! I’m Katie! Co-founder of Be Seen Support & Coordination 🤍 I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. I lead with empathy, honesty, and heart, and I believe that disability support coordination should always feel personal, never clinical. As a mum myself, I understand how overwhelming life can become sometimes, which is why being someone people can lean on means so much to me. My goal is simple; to provide NDIS support coordination that helps people feel seen, heard, and supported through every stage of their journey with our support coordination services.

Hi, I'm Gary. I’ve always been someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, particularly through disability support coordination, and making sure they feel supported, heard, and comfortable. I know life can get overwhelming sometimes, and I believe having the right people around you can make such a difference. That’s a big part of why Be Seen means so much to me—creating a space where people feel safe, valued, and never just like another number. I’m pretty easygoing and down to earth, and I like to build real, genuine connections with the people I work alongside. I want to add that I am quite competitive too, so I am always pushing you to be your best! Whether it’s helping navigate the NDIS, working through challenges, or providing reliable NDIS support coordination, I aim to be someone consistent people can rely on. I’m passionate about supporting people in a way that feels personal and meaningful through our support coordination services. Outside of work, I’m very family-oriented and enjoy the simple things—spending time with family, having a laugh, getting outdoors, and just appreciating the little moments in life.

Hi, I'm Chelsea. I recently finished working as an Early Childhood Educator in Brisbane, where I completed my Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care. I am now moving back to Bundaberg to begin my career in Disability Support Work, focusing on NDIS support coordination. Supporting and caring for others has always been something I'm passionate about, and I find a lot of fulfillment in providing support coordination services that help people feel valued, comfortable, and supported in their everyday lives. I wanted to move into disability support coordination because I enjoy building genuine connections with people and making a positive difference, no matter how big or small. Outside of work, I love exercising, going for walks with my dog, spending time with my family, and traveling.

Hi! My name is Connor, and I'm starting my career in disability support coordination because I enjoy helping people grow and work through personal challenges. There's nothing quite like the rewarding feeling of being a part of someone's journey and assisting them in overcoming daily struggles to make progress toward a more independent and better future! I am excited to contribute to NDIS support coordination and provide essential support coordination services that can truly make a difference. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing and recently I have really gotten into 4WD and camping. I love being outdoors, trying new things, and meeting new people. I cannot wait to be a part of this great team and make a positive impact in the community!
